Heat shrinkage of approximately 10% at 350° F holds windings tightly in place following bake cycle. Round, Untreated fiberglass surge rope. The material consists of glass fiber rovings encapsulated by a braided fiberglass sleeving. This surge rope is designed or dip or VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) systems.  Untreated fiberglass surge rope provides for excellent varnish absorption.  For applications to 180 Degrees C.
